Cat Cosmetics Lip Liner

I have to give a shout out to my new fav lip liner from Cat Cosmetics. It comes in a neutral shade called buck naked, and is just about the best liner I have ever had. Chock full of creamy, waterproof pigment, it lasts and lasts. I have been wearing it under various favorite lipsticks and with a little gloss for some very comfortable and fairly long wearing action. Forget those sticky, drying things that claim to be long lasting. They aren’t. This stuff, however, lasts for a bit and is a joy to wear and re-apply!
