Freeze 24/7 Lip Plumper

I had been avoiding a test of any lip plumping products. I just wasn’t sure about the idea of irritating my lips to make them look fuller, and my lips are not particularly thin anyway. But while working my way through the samples that came with the Beauty Buyble, I tried Freeze 24/7 PlumpLips Lip Plumper & Gloss. After a few uses, I decided that I really like it.

Lip plumpers contain agents that irritate the lips so that they swell and look fuller. I suppose the cheap way to do it would be to rub pepper sauce on your lips, but there are numerous products, such a Freeze 24/7 that manage to do it in an easier way through an attractive gloss.

The product definitely caused a tingling and even slight burning sensation, but it was not really unpleasant like I initially feared it would be. I’m not sure, however, that I could recommend it to people who are sensitive to products or who have sensitive skin or lips. By my third use, I decided that I actually like the tingly feeling, which sticks around for hours, even after eating and drinking. Add a little lip balm and it seems to reactivate it as well. The clear gloss is attractive and moisturizing, without being sticky. And yes, I thought my lips looked plumper when using it, especially after it had been on an hour or so.

I would buy this stuff, but at $40 for a tube, I can’t quite bring myself to do it for lips that are not really in need of plumping. If my lips truly needed plumping, I would then lay down the money for it.

There is also Freeze 24/7 Colored Gloss. The company also makes some other interesting products that I have not tried yet, such as the Freeze 24/7 Anti-Wrinkle Cream. If anyone has tried this, I am interested in what you thought of it. There are some celebrities that rave about it.

  1. I used a lip plumper a year or so ago, but I didn’t think it worked very well. I can’t remember the brand just now, but it was inexpensive.

I think my lips are thin, so I’d like to try a product that really worked.

Your links on this post aren’t working for me, Carleen. I get a LinkShare log-in page.

  2. Thanks for the heads up Kylee! I think I have the links fixed, it will take an hour or so for them to regenerate and go to the correct page.

  3. Update: after a few more link problems and the discovery that Amazon has it direct from the company cheaper, I switched the links to there.
