Nordstrom didn't have that. I think cils booster helps because the makeup artist used it yesterday but I don't have it. I tried Sephora - they were sold out at 6 am according to their blog. I went to Nordstrom, and I got the most amazing makeover with this new mascara and I'm telling you everyone noticed.
