This was shortly after a small spell of sadness after a breakup of a long relationship. I had gotten myself into an unhealthy state of eating badly and not doing any form of exercise. I even work with and inspire those suffering with psychiatric illness to eat healthy and exercise regularly. Finally, I started eating healthy myself, using Neutrogena products which have made my skin feel great (people even think I'm ten years younger than I am which is 38) and I have run in three marathons, one half, one 10K and several 5ks!
