Jane Max Lash² Waterproof ($4.99)

Cover Girl Professional Waterproof Mascara ($4.99)

Of these, I have only tried Jane Max Lash and Maybelline’s Define-A-Lash. I was happy with both. Each also makes a similar version that is not waterproof.
