Mascara Monday: Lowest Rated Mascaras
For today’s Mascara Monday, I have a piece syndicated from Total Beauty on their lowest rated mascara. I haven’t tried all of these, but I will say that I didn’t think the Smashbox mascara on the list was all that bad. I didn’t love it either. I generally just found it average.

I need a mascara that lasts for the whole day and doesnt smudge when the weather is hot or when I sweat. I go swimming a lot so I need a mascara that is totally waterproof. Also, My eyelashes are kinda short and thin so I would prefer a mascara that also lengthens and volumizes.
