Need a new fall look? Mary Kay cosmetics has some great items, perfect for creating one of several trendy fall looks. This fall, Mary Kay is focusing on four different looks based on the Hollywood Mystique trend: Menswear with a Feminine Twist, Hidden Luxury, Feminine Details, and Polished Confidence.

I created the fall hidden luxury look below using Mary Kay® products. I focused on muted matte shadow and a muted red lip for a soft, luxurious look.

You can get this look or any of the Mary Kay fall trend looks with these essential fall items:

1) A Fall Makeup Palette

Palettes are a great way to put together a coordinated look while adding value. Mary Kay® makes it easy by offering refillable palettes so you can mix and match your own shades if you so desire.

Below are two different sizes of Mary Kay® palettes. I particularly love the Mary Kay® matte eye shadows, such as those in the palette on the left, and I am wearing those in the photo. They come in some nice shades, including shades that you don’t normally see in matte. If you are a matte shadow lover, definitely check them out!

2) A Deep Lipstick Shade

Fall is all about reds, purples, and plums. Think deep and dark shades and pick up a lipstick in a rich dark color. I am wearing Mary Kay® Creme Lipstick in Red  in the photo dotted on to make it sheer and with a Mary Kay® NouriShine Plus®in Pink Lustre over the top.

3) Rich Plum or Purple Nail Polish

Just as dark lips are in for fall, so are deep dark nails. Deep purples and plums are perfect, as are brick reds. If you like more unusual colors, try a deep hunter green or dark navy blue polish.

(4) The Right Tools

You can’t get a great look without the right tools. I like to switch up my tools each season. This assures that I sort through items and replace anything that is worn, and I also use that time to thoroughly clean my brushes.
