I am a big DHC Skin Care fan, so I keep getting new items from them to try. My latest favorite is DHC Eye Bright . This is a gel eye cream that depuffs and brightens using caffeine, revitalizing Isodonis japonicus (a Japanese botanical), and licorice extract. The gel also hydrates and soothes with sodium hyaluronate and cucumber.
The gel has a nice cooling feel to it when it is applied. Put it in the fridge for even more depuffing! I really like Eye Bright in the mornings when my eyes are puffy and I need a quick pick me up.

Started using Eye Brite 3 days ago and already see a difference! I cant believe it and I never write feedback, good or bad.
But…the proof is in the pudding!
