Part 4 – Transformation

For the final chapter of this series I am sharing how I have transformed and how that relates to beauty. Beauty being a state of mind, emotional wellbeing and our relationship to source (mine being God) and how that reflects in our physical form. Yes and determines how deep we glow. 

Beauty is in how we move, think, talk and radiate in our self worth. And our self worth is the foundation to the quality of our life. This past year has been transformative. I feel so deeply loved and I’m so in love with life and so excited for the next year after celebrating my birthday May 30th (extra love for all the Geminis).

Beauty starts from within and the ultimate beauty is our mind. Because it is our thoughts that determine how we feel and navigate this world. We have a choice. How we think, what we focus on, what and who we allow in our life is our choice. Our happiness is our responsibility, no-one else’s. I have had to accept that I can only change myself and be comfortable with being misunderstood. When you reach a place in your journey where you no longer chase someone’s love (that can be anyone from a parent to a lover), no longer chase someone’s attention or feel the need to explain yourself and instead allow yourself to just be. That is freedom. Pause for a moment and feel the freedom in just being. The ability to be your authentic self unapologetically. Whatever situation you are in, whoever you are with, you don’t dilute your essence to be accepted, you radiate your beauty, your love, your passion, you glow so bright because you are authentically yourself. That is freedom. The foundation to my life is love and gratitude. I live in gratitude. I feel God working through me, more then ever this past month. I was presented with an opportunity that at first, although it was a miracle, was overwhelming and I had to step way outside of my comfort zone. By doing so I realized I was actually not fulfilling my potential fully and that this opportunity had arrived to shake my world up and rearrange it so that I could thrive and flourish just the way I had been asking to. The next level had arrived and my job was to embrace it and trust it and do the work. It unfolded effortlessly because I trusted the process, I kept the vision, i stayed in my high vibration surrounding myself with high vibrational podcasts and words and music as I kept my pinpoint focus. I worked 7 day weeks straight for one month. Every time I felt fear of the unknown I replaced that thought with trust and my vision of the end result. The result, I am living in my dream apartment and embracing those next level contracts as an actress and model. I am sharing this because when you ask for what you want be prepared to receive it and get out of your own way. 

Energy is how I communicate. I am bursting with love. I see love all around me, in the sky, the trees, the birds, my fellow humans and most of all in myself. I know that absolutely anything is possible. I know that what I focus on grows. I know to ask for what I do want. To praise the abundance, wealth, love and opportunities in my life. Appreciation attracts support. Feeling deeply what I am asking for is how I  bring it to fruition, combined with the work, trust, drive and pinpoint focus. The passion to feel it, see it and taste it is the power of visualization. Live in a state of joy. Life is meant to be abundant. Being aware of your thoughts allows you to understand their power and how they impact your life. Do what brings you joy. When you live in this vibration your skin glows, your immune system is strong, in fact disease can not live in a body that is in a healthy emotional state. When you love yourself so deeply you want to nourish yourself, so eating healthy becomes a reflex as you respect your body and want to support it. Self awareness is so fulfilling. 

Life is now. I want to exceed my potential. To give all I can and to thrive daily and continue to vibrate higher. It is a muscle that has to be worked on because there will be triggers, being able to vibrate above them and stay in your equanimity is a skill.  Like anything practice becomes habit. We are alive, we have the power of choice, we are all a limited edition and there is no-one like you. The world needs your voice, your talent, your perspective, yes and your unique glow. Glow so deeply and so brightly…..and don’t ever take anything personally because what others do is a reflection of who they are.
