I love makeup palettes. I am total sucker for them and buy them more than just about any other makeup item. I love the ability to get a bunch of variety in a cute package! So, here are my top ten. I have all of these except the Nars, which is one that I want.

Laura Mercier Artist’s Palette for Eyes: Beautiful shades in this selection and I love Laura Mercier shadows in general.

The Balm Shady Lady Vol. 3: The balm is way underrated in my opinion. They make some of the best shadows out there.

Urban Decay Vice 2: I loved the first version and I love this one!

Nars At First Sight Eye and Cheek Palette: This is one I don’t have but I want.

Kat Von D Spellbinding Eye Shadow Book: The best palette I have bought all year. Kat Von D puts out some great shadows.

Smashbox Masterclass: A great all around palette.

Too Faced Shadow Bon Bons: My favorite for holiday gift giving.

Bareminerals Power Neutrals: LOVE the shades in this palette. It is truly awesome!

Lorac Unzipped: Probably my all time favorite palette. I am getting close to buying my second one!

Lorac Pro Palette: Another all time favorite of mine.

  1. I just saw the Bon Bons palette has resurfaced on Sephora.com. Since I missed out on it, I feel like they put it back on there just for me! Must pick it up this time!

  4. I’m in trouble with this list. I think I need the Kat Von D desperately if you say it’s the best thing you bought this year. And now between you and Prime Beauty I need Lorac Unzipped. Luckily I have some of yours or I’d be in really big trouble!
