Holiday Secrets for Luscious Locks With Conair

Holiday party season is upon us and with that comes the annual question of what to do with your hair for holiday parties. With some of the amazing tools available these days, it really is pretty easy. I gave a couple of Conair products a try to create several different holiday hair looks.

Conair3Q styling tool

The first  product I used was the Conair 3Q Styling Tool, and boy did I fall in love with this amazing hair dryer!  The 3Q in the name stands for quick, quiet, and quality. The Conair 3Q uses brushless technology ,which gives the product a longer life. Then, it uses a lower temperature but faster airflow to reduce drying time by up to 70%.  It did indeed dry my hair super fast-faster than any other dryer I have owned, including some that cost much more.  And it is indeed quieter than my other dryers. They dryer comes with attachments (airflow director and diffuser) and it can be found at most major retail and drugstore chains. The 3Q is $139.99, which is an awesome price for the quality of the dryer. Find where to buy it here.

Here I am before drying.

And here I am after, which was not much later since the 3Q worked so quickly! The 3Q has a nice cool shot button, which I love to use at the end of the drying time for extra shine.

Next, I used the Infiniti Pro by Conair Secret Curl to make loose curls.

Conair Curl Secret Hairstyle

The Infiniti Pro puts a set of clipless hot rollers in a compact and easily portable case. The rollers are made of silicone for adding shine, and they are quite easy to use.  Instead of clips, the pop up rollers pop open for curling, and you simply pop them shut again to hold them in place. The vertical case takes up little counter space.  There are 12 rollers in the set in 3/4″ and 1″ sizes. If you have a lot of hair like I do, you can either get two sets, or use the rollers twice. I did the sides and top of my hair, and then reheated the rollers to do the rest. They heat quickly, so that was pretty simple to do.   The Secret Curl set is $68.99 at most mass retail stores and drug stores.

My finished look had nice and bouncy loose curls and waves. I intentionally left my bangs out since they have a bit of natural wave already and don’t usually look right totally curled.

Aside from doing a loose curl look and leaving it down, you can also pin the top part back, I often like to do that when I have curls. Here is that look:

With just these two tools you have a lot of great holiday hair options! You can also add to the holiday hair fun by trying different color schemes. I have recently been playing with vibrant and fantasy hair colors, which opens up all sorts of fun possibilities for the holidays. For ideas, try some of these Christmas hair colors
