Football season is here! I grew up in Nebraska,  where being a Nebraska Cornhusker football fan was quite mandatory. I also went to college at the University of Nebraska. I love pro football as well, but it normally NCAA games that I attend, whether it be in my now home state of Illinois or back in Nebraska.  Here I am tailgating at the Northwestern v. Going to fall football games can be a bit harsh on the skin.  The weather is getting chilly, and it often is windy.  So, I look for gentle and soothing cleansers and moisturizers. Then, I also focus on exfoliation to remove dry skin. This helps keep my skin looking fresh and helps the moisturizers really sink in.  Here are a few of the items I picked up for fall football weather. I got these at Jewel-Osco.

Simple® Cleansing Facial Wipes and POND’S® Cold Cream Cleanser provide good fall cleansing. The wipes are gentle and remove makeup well, while the cream cleanser moisturizes.

St. Ives® Fresh Skin Apricot Scrub  is a nice manual exfoliator.

Meanwhile, Vaseline® Intensive Care™ Advanced Repair Unscented Lotion is great for dry skin anywhere on the body. I use it on my legs to prevent dry skin patches.
